I’ve Picked My Next Toy…. 2010 Chevrolet Camaro

Saying that I absolutely have a love for cars is a complete understatement as all it seems I do if I’m not sitting on the computer is go toy around with cars, watch racing videos online, read car reviews, etc and I’m always looking for the next “best thing” to hit the market so that I can justify a purchase. Well the “best thing” is coming to the market next year and it’s now time to honestly start prepping to achieve the goal of obtaining one of the first ones in February of 2009.
I’ve always been the kid with a dream of owning a super car (Aston Martin primarily) and I’m often times one to get completely jealous over the most simple things, so why not work hard to have something to make others jealous of? [Makes me an asshole, but a HAPPY asshole]
How does one go about obtaining roughly $35,000 in a matter of a year in just excess income to justify such a silly purchase for a twenty one - twenty two year old? A lot of passion, savings, and some serious amounts of hard work - but will it be worth it? Hell yeah!

I’m a total gearhead too. I love them all- imports, hot rods, customs, etc. My favorite part is actually working on them.
I think the hardest part of your goal will be finding one at MSRP. It’s pretty common with a hot model for the dealer to put it in the showroom to get people in the door. But they mark it way up so there’s no way a reasonable person will buy one. We should start seeing ebay auctions for the privilege of buying one as soon as dealers know how many they’re getting and when.
But positive thinking will get it for you. Just keep it in your mind every day as a goal. You’ll probably get a Camaro before I find a freakin’ Wii. ;o)
Wow! You’re very keen putting a deposit down for a car thats not available for another 2 years. Very dedicated to the cause!
